Position:              Relationship Executive

Location:             Cardiff City Centre

Salary:                  £23,000 – £26,000 pa depending on experience

Hours:                   Full time permanent contract, Monday to Friday (no weekends / evenings)

The successful Relationship Executive will be responsible for the following:

  • Management of the client portfolio through day to day interactions, analysis of Management Information and compliance of client operating conditions
  • Works closely with the Relationship Manager to fully understand and implement the agreed strategy, engaging in regular portfolio reviews to deliver service and risk excellence
  • Work closely with the customer service team to ensure 100% accuracy
  • Understand key features of the product range and recognise what additional services can be provided to increase revenue streams for the portfolio
  • Identify and evaluate risks within portfolio (including errors, fraud and inappropriate procedures) ensuring business controls are in place to minimise exposure to risk
  • Deliver timely and appropriate solutions and responses according to customer needs and objectives
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by managing relationships to ensure clients are getting the best service for their business
  • Outstanding communication and team working skills, internally and externally to ensure customer needs are met

  • Experience of managing a portfolio of clients with a history of providing outstanding customer service, preferably within the recruitment industry

  • Displays an aptitude for numeracy with the ability to provide basic calculations of the ledger when required
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences
  • Proven experience in basic Risk management with the ability to spot potential downward trends and escalate as appropriate
  • Excellent relationship building and networking skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple clients at a time while paying strict attention to detail
